Postage Price
The minimum postage price is $9.50 posted anywhere in Australia. We use flat rate Australia Post satchels for all orders weighing under 5kgs to enable us to offer the best rate for Australia-wide deliveries. Larger orders weighing over 5kgs are based on current Australia post charges and vary based on the delivery postcode.

Orders are sent with Australia Post. You can send to any Australian address or PO Box.
Express Post is available on all orders under 6kgs. We can also arrange for express post on larger orders – just let us know and we will quote you on the extra postage cost.

Cancellation
Cams Cords is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any product you receive, simply contact us here so we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if it has been shipped.
Incorrect item
For any purchases where the customer has chosen an incorrect item, the customer has up to 14 days to request an exchange or a store credit. All exchanges, store credits, and refunds will be processed upon return of the item. Any arrangement made prior to the item being returned, will be made at the discretion of Cams Cords. These items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging.
Returns
We accept return on products except for ‘custom cut to length’ cord and rope orders under 100 feet. Customers have the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

What is paracord used for?

Why Is Paracord Called 550 Cord?
If you see a number before paracord, it denotes the amount of weight that cord can hold before failing. 550 cord is paracord that can hold a static 550 lbs (249kgs) . This is the most common type of paracord. It is often called Type III paracord. Not all paracord that is labeled as "550 paracord" can hold 550 lbs., however. Make sure to buy paracord from a trusted source—especially when using it for survival.
